Same here. I bet 90% of people who claim to love this song have never heard it before Guitar Hero came out. It's good that they are reaching out to a bigger audience, but it also sucks because a lot of people, including myself, got a lot of shit for liking this band while they were in school. Now they heard it on a fucking popular video game, and suddenly Metallica is awesome! BULLSHIT!
